GME Fire & Security

ISO 9001 QMS / Audited PPM ProcessI.S. EN 50132, EN 62676

Your System Is Only As Good As Its Last Service

Unserviced security systems fail silently detectors drift, cameras lose clarity, batteries die. For Irish businesses with insurance obligations, a maintenance contract isn’t optional. It’s the difference between a valid policy and a rejected claim.

An Unserviced System Is a Liability

Skipping maintenance creates real commercial risk
Insurance policies invalidated after a break-in · EN 50131 grade certification lapsed · Detectors failing silently · A false sense of security — the worst kind

Our Maintenance Contracts Include

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Visits

Minimum two scheduled service visits per year aligned with EN 50131 and commercial insurance requirements. Each visit covers full inspection, functional testing, cleaning, battery checks, software updates, and a written service report.

Priority Emergency Callout

Contract customers get priority response when faults occur outside scheduled visits. We cover Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, and surrounding areas — aiming to have an engineer on site as fast as possible.

Written System Health Reports

After every visit — compliance status, component health, and specific recommendations. Essential for insurance claims, regulatory audits, and legal situations. This documentation is your paper trail.

Remote Diagnostics

For networked systems, we identify faults before they become failures — often resolving software and configuration issues without a site visit, reducing downtime and minimising disruption.

Taking over systems installed by other contractors

We carry out a health check, advise on any remedial work, then take on full maintenance responsibility — no matter who installed it.
