An Alarm That Works When It Has To

Many Irish businesses are running alarm systems that haven’t been properly commissioned, serviced, or graded. That’s not security — it’s a false sense of it. We design and install graded intruder detection systems that meet EN 50131 and your insurer’s requirements.

Your Alarm May Not Be Protecting You

A poorly specified alarm system creates serious commercial risks
False alarms that Gardaí stop responding to · Detectors in the wrong zones · Systems that drift out of grade certification · Insurance invalidated after a break-in

Our Intruder Detection Services

System Design from Scratch

Full site assessment, risk profiling, and EN 50131-compliant system design specific to your premises. We specify every detector, panel, sounder, and communication path — and we cost it transparently upfront.

Professional Installation & Commissioning

Every detector, zone, and communication path tested before sign-off. No system is handed over until it performs exactly as designed. Commissioning is the most frequently skipped step in budget installations — we never skip it.

Graded Systems (Grade 2 & Grade 3)

Systems that satisfy your insurer's requirements and meet current Irish commercial standards under EN 50131. We advise on the appropriate grade during the survey, based on your risk profile and insurer's specification.

When did your alarm last have a full service?

Most insurers require bi-annual servicing. If yours hasn’t been done — your cover may already be at risk.

What a Properly Graded Alarm Gives You

If your alarm hasn’t been serviced in over 12 months, your insurance may already be compromised. Contact us today.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most Irish commercial premises require a Grade 2 or Grade 3 system under EN 50131. The appropriate grade depends on your risk level, the value of assets on-site, and your insurer’s requirements. We assess and advise during the site survey.
EN 50131 and most insurance policies require a minimum of two scheduled service visits per year for commercial graded systems. Our maintenance contracts include all scheduled visits and written health reports.
If your alarm is connected to our 24/7 monitoring centre, trained operators are alerted immediately, assess the activation, and notify your key holders and An Garda Síochána as required.
Yes. We carry out a full audit, advise on any remedial work to bring it up to grade, and then take on installation and maintenance responsibility.
False alarms are almost always a design or maintenance problem. We’ll assess the root cause and redesign or reconfigure the system to respond to real threats only.
