Monitoring Escalation & Fire Brigade Coordination
If your alarm is connected to our monitoring centre, every activation outside hours is assessed and escalated immediately. The fire brigade is called. Key holders are contacted. You're kept informed throughout.
Temporary Compensatory Measures
If the system can't be immediately restored, we advise on and implement temporary fire safety measures — enhanced fire watch, temporary sounders, or temporary extinguisher deployment — to maintain legal compliance until repair.
Post-Incident Documentation
